This policy explains how Feed Me Light UK ("we", "us"), trading as GOOH, collects and uses personal data when you visit gooh.com or sign up for the GOOH beta.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your email address and language preference, when you sign up for the beta.
- Usage data such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and referring site, collected by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser details, which our hosting providers process to deliver the site securely.
How we use it and why
- To contact you about the beta and GOOH updates. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: your consent to analytics cookies.
- To keep the site secure and working. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (storage of beta sign-ups), Resend (sending the sign-up confirmation email), Google (Google Analytics) and our website hosting provider. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep beta sign-up details until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the beta ends. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@gooh.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

The beta
Signing up adds you to a waiting list. It does not guarantee access. The beta may change, pause or end at any time, and features shown on this site may not be available in it. Use of the GOOH platform itself is covered by separate terms provided when you get access.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a volume that affects its operation.
Intellectual property
The GOOH name, logo, site design and content belong to Feed Me Light UK or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
